Yeh DHZ that's exactly it, worst thing is being self employed I can't afford to take time off!!!
He's given me Celebrex capsules, i have no idea whats in them but theyre working a treat so far, I'll grab some ibuprofen tomorrow aswell just in case but yeh bit of luck I'll be on the start line

got a question though why would you go and get hurt a week before your traveling to race he he he
i would have to dont worry

anyway i'll be in shep saterday morning and probably head out for a ride out bush or hopefully my mate has a track in good enough condition to ride but after that i'll be keen for a few quiet brews and a feed (if anyones coming up early let me know depending on where we go the riding could be good. if your keen send us a pm let me know ya plans)

Haha, funny you should mention that, rolled my ankle at kickboxing last night..... Bit tender this morning but I'll be right for sunday, limping or not (that's what they make MX boots for....) I probly won't be getting into Shep until at least 16:00, so no riding for me on sat, but deffinately keen for dinner n a beer on sat night if all you guys r still up for it?

Better not get hurt or kill the bike on Saturday, seems the trend lately.

na riding the 450 kosta all good wont be hurting it will probably be a bush ride nice and cruisey

let us know when you land as i said the peppermill put on a pretty good feed and will be nice and close for ya's
note you go out clubbing in shep at your own risk (yahoo bar is probably the safest spot)

The pain killers in on don't make me drowsy at all so I'll give it a crack!!!

Good sheet mate, I'll be bringing some panadine forte just in case, got spares if you need em 3 days n counting... I'm still limping slightly from training but should be sweet come sunday Really looking foward to my first race meet YAHOO!!

man at this stage we are looking at 10 or more of the usual's plus you guys so should be a pretty good turn out
