What did you do to your stickers on that rear plate man? Did you use a hairdryer when putting them on? Leaving big ripples like that will catch on your boots and just tear up eventually...

yeah used hairdryer, just didnt wanna stick properly, tried taking them off and redoing it but just kept coming back.
might just order new ones.

blew something in the gearbox today so rebuild time i guess still finished 2nd overall :D

I can just reprint a replacement panel if you need? .. Gotta make sure your plastics are super clean before doing it too... But ive never come across one that wont stick, so something must have gone wrong...

when problems started happening, sorta can hear it. lasted ages so im not unhappy about that, had a really good run with that gearbox. hoping its just clutch gear because it still had power in all the gears not jumping like it normally does when afew teeth get knocked off.

got some new tyres coming this week i think too

Track looks good Haz
Spewing about your box

ndmx is a great track, favorite one at the moment.

knew it was going to happen soon, been a year or so since last rebuild. kinda lucky i cant race good friday race as im moving. hopefully its just a clutch gear, sucks i got used to been able to ride it and then jump onto the 250 without a problem.
needs bearings and a diff linkage done to it anyway.

If it was still shifting fine then hopefully it is something simple. Thanks for the uploads mate.

Maybe even the gear behind the clutch gear, when i dropped 28 teeth out of the 50 something on the clutch gear it was like a surge as the engine turned and came to the stripped teeth it would drop out revs then back on and was unridable, found every tooth also before installing a 140 5 plate in my older 155z.

hope not, last time i did that gear i broke just about everything in it including cases. but it locked on with a messy outcome.

i'll pull it apart tomorrow and check
