Na not one acre ..... I'm gunna have enough drama with the squatters .

It's all good mate no need I'd flow it myself before I sell any of it ...besides we just about got the numbers now and membership looks like goin out over Chrissy .

We gone past whether or not it's gunna happen ... so no need to sell any ...it just gives people living in ya pocket right to shut it down.

And yeah we can use it all .... that's the point.

Carnt wait, fishing & BBQ's on the beach, riding with no hassle's of the man... what else could you ask for

a pair of tits... can the over 18s get a stripper?.. or bring hayden hillz... hes tits are nice and firm like a women

lol nice land hope the drama with the squatters wont b too much sounds foolproof this plan mate good luck

Naa got the deeds so squatters should be cool, I'm gunna let em relocate if they want .
Biggest drama at this point is bike transport ... might almost be worth buyin a motor to leave there ....that way the rest of ya ride can come on the plane stripped down as luggage and it'll cost bugger all.

Some crew are talkin about livin there anyway :D

I'd be super keen to live over there for a few months next year , stick my bike in my luggage and head over. Leave reality behind .
Go get a job in that town 20 k's away , ride ya mini to work and back.

What a life

Yeah you are not the only one thinkin of that.... I'm cool, I'm already semi retired and can self fund it:D

.... but thing is if you can get 10 of you you could pool ya dole checks n live like kings ..... bugger workin it'll cut into ya ridin and fishin time.

I told Crazee about this.....she looked alittle to excited for comfort

LOL ...

look at it this way..... if she's keen to live on deserted beach in some crazy pit bike cult on the dole with you she's not after your money mate.....just tell ya olds it's a gap year:D

If i can find work out there i would consider pulling stakes here and moving across. Cant do the not working thing...been on the dole to long against my choise

yea custom the dole dont pay ****... maybe we can orgaize something over there cuz ill need to get 1 to ;)

get your maccas application forms out!

Yeah never been on it myself .......but a year sittin on a beach sorting out what I wanted to do back then when I was a teen sure would of saved me some grief I reckon .... so if crew are up for it I got no problem with it.

As for jobs in Bremer ? Dunno it's a seasonal holiday town with a fishing industry , you'd have to look into it boys I'm not sure .

yeah doubt there is much work, unless you like fishing & it's in the middle on nowhere would be like a hour drive from Bremer buy 4x4,

i will find out in Dec when i can finally Drive again!!!

i wanna come, but its hard, cuz im all the way over in the sunshine state (lol)
and money is pretty tight down here so DAMN, when i get my license ill be up for it, in the off-season of my pro mx/sx or enduro racing career

UPDATE for those interested .... you might have seen the ad in the hood it's still on
You wouldn't believe the crap and paper work involved in registering a social club but I'm on it.

Membership forms will be in the mag the issue after next ;)

Count me in. Although $500 to ride a track maybe once every 2 years seems a little steep. Maybe there could be a couple of levels of membership? Just an idea.

A little steep ?? maybe ...but remember I'm not takin a cent it all goes to the club .... I'm puttin up the land ....are you sayin I should pay 50 grand for a machine and a clubhouse as well ? I'd rather recruit crew who are gunna help ...not just rock up n ride ... if I was doin that I would charge on a day basis ... like bdv or something ....but this IS NOT a business it's a social club so the money goes back to you ...not me ;)This is what it'll cost to have a good crack at it I reckon ... if you suggest another way to set it up I'm all ears

That's what the 500 is for ...like I said insurance, machine , shed , bar and pooltable.

All good though mate I just about got the numbers now .

See if you did 2 weeks every two years over ten years it's fifty bucks a week ..... most crew are talkin about a month if they can get the time but 2 weeks min a year so it's 25 a week to them .... I don't really think that's steep for what ya get ... but I guess it's a matter of opinion.
