pfft it cost like 200 to get to wa and another 300 do get ya bike there. thats good anough for me to go

so once it gets going would you do like a week or weekend pass or something? id love to go on a great aussi road trip up there! maby with a few other SA boys!!

Still sortin it but at this point 100 members .... life time , come n go as ya please I'm happy if crew are there 24/7 every day till I'm 90.There will be a ONE OFF fee which I'm sortin out but if we all kick in 500 it gives us 50k .
All to the club as well as all profits ....I don't want a cent .... I just want a hundred crew that are over bein told what to do ,where to ride and can see what this is about .

50 k is Enough for a bobcat ,insurance,clubhouse,town@bike pick up4wd,and maybe a few fishin boats .

A good start I reckon .

And Slide I'm hopin to sort a deal with a frieght company for about 300 ... after all it less to send a freshy anywhere if it packed right ....lets hope so.
Regardless ya wanna be there for a week at the least .... a month will be better ..... if we get this up you won't wanna go anywhere else for ya holidays

Who's still got the packin frame ya bike came in ..... I have several lol

Like I been sayin EVERYONE who's a member gets a key so you come n go as you please .

Anyone else who hasn't got stupid skills will pay us many.... many beers to ride.

.

Another shot .... this one facing north ... that's the fitzgerald national park in the distance which all but borders my land.

high tide mark is the boundary I think ...so yeah probably could ... in fact might have too if these squatters give me trouble

bro,
you mentioned squatters.......you could kick them out knock down their little shacks and use the bits and pieces from their shacks and make one big club house save a few bucks for the rest of it :D

Yeah some of the shacks are not small ... this one has potential I reckon

For those of you that want a look .... whale bone point is part of my land ....use satellite function it goes about a km down the long beach to that circular feature south ....all the way around and about 3 hundred metres up the long beach that leads north.....and inland to form a triangle.

you could grow alot of tomatoe plants there ;) lol

Squatters been there for years...........you want to make sure you dont get a adverse possession claim. Lifetime membership sounds a bit dodgy to me you would be better off having a large joining fee and a annual membership to make it possible to kick out dickheads etc.

The best way would be to actually start the club and lease the land to them for a nominal fee each year ($1). Let som others run the club to reduce your liability for damage claims. The club is responsible for insurance, membership etc and if in 20 years time you are sick of it you can decide to not renew the lease.

Yeah cass I'm hearin ya .... never intended to run the financial aspect of things though will be involved and yes the lease idea was one I had thought of as well.

As for dickheads their will be rules ...i.e if you are judged by a group of your peers to be a dickhead we will reserve the right to refund your coin n send you packin .... maybe set ya adrift on the raft of shame to think about it :D

As for adverse posession ??? ... my advice is they have to be there PERMANENTLY and as these shacks are only used for salmon season they aint got a leg to stand on ... besides that I'm informed the courts haven't awarded in favour of this for some time.

Mantainance is something I'm still workin out but I got a few ideas :D

Thanks for the input
