so is the new 160 engine a slingerless ?
eg does it have a clutch cover like on your Reign ?
i wonder if a Zongshen cover would work on it ?
 
i have a feeling the Zongshen clutch covers may be deeper (6mm) than the YX160 clutch covers ?
but then you'd need a Zongshen kick start shaft too?
this is to use the 6 plate Daytona style clutch with the YX160

i just found a pic of the YX r/h cover set up, the Zongshen clutch cover wont fit.
you might be able to use a complete Z160Ho r/h cover though ?

i cant remember which size it uses, i'm pretty sure it's the 24mm od tool?

Yes, can be done quite cleanly too just by using a little patience and a firm hit..
 
Why didnt you ask man i have one in my tool chest. Would have happily have lent it too ya.
 
Your looking for a castle nut tool, im pretty sure worth supply a good one..

Get a big hammer and a flat blade and wack it. If that doesnt work. Get a bigger hammer. Repeat process until it comes off haha
