i will tomorrow stu, all though i doubt anyone will have what i need, its a weird angle.most seem to be around 45 degrees roughly, but because of the angle of the intake on the head, i need something closer to 25/30 degrees, and around 10mm shorter than the original manifold.

ok your engine is the same as my Z155HO,
you are lucky you asked this question now, my manifold is only half polished atm (other side)
when it is all done there'll be no numbers on it, so hopefully you can match them up with one on ebay etc ?

the manifold sits the carby up a bit, and it's a pretty short manifold too compared to a Lifan one.

it should've clicked earlier with me but i've been preoccupied out in the shed all weekend.

o ok, im looking into the liquid image cam i think they are 140 bucks, just dont have the cash for a gopro.
will it be detrimental to use a thin layer of silicone around my manifold adapter to seal the blasted thing? ive tried sanding it back and making up a thicker gasket but its still pulling air in.

I didnt see this....I use one of these! Made in same factory as the gopros, its done me well so far! Hasnt skipped a beat and produces some decent looking footage! Get a decent size class 10 8 Gig or bigger SD card and you'll be good for under $100  https://www.bigw.com.au/electronics/cameras/digital-cameras/bpnBIGW_0000000334885/3sixt-hd-sports-action-cam

i just found this one too, looks very close shape/angle

cheers for that info stu, will be getting one as soon as all three bikes are up and running :)
i did see the tb inlet craig, but how short it is worries me, as the daytona manifold i got with the pe28 for the braaap looks really similar and mine wont clear the bolt on the cam tensioner.
dont suppose you would swap yours for my longer one and the daytona manifold?

nah, i will need mine sorry.
anyone that sells a bike with a Z155HO/Z160HO should stock them i would think ?
have you tried Motorbike city ?

here's a couple of better pics of mine, looks like it has about a 23° angle (layed back at the top) carby flange.

the carby mounting face sits at about 23° back at the top to correct the float bowl angle

this one was hard to get a good shot, but i reckon it's around 15°

thats ok mate, had to ask ;) thanks heaps for those pics, i havnt tried motorbike city yet but i will. the local shop here is a atomik dealer and pretty sure they are all yx donks so wont have what i need. they never do thats why dxz and ebay get most of my cash lol.

the one that DHZ supply with their Z160HO looks different again
