also my oil coolers wont bolt on to the mount i got widened... all the dimensions are the same, the lxr front fender is pushing up against it....

if you run your fingernail across the scuffs in the bore, does it catch on any of them ?
you might get away with a light hone, new piston and rings etc

otherwise you could have it bored out to suit a 62mm, 63mm or 64mm piston too

The pitserpro and psto lxr style gards have a diffrent shape front fender then the cini all the rest fit fine just the front one is diffrent

Also I have a 60mm cylinder with low hours if u want one

yeah my fingernail only slighty catches on the roof and bottom of the bore... (gliding my fingernail over it)
any cheap honing gear.. a light hone that is...
unless unit1's is in better nick... you wouldnt be able to chuck some pics up mate?
yeah im gunna try moving the guard out a tad

I will get u sum pics I'm just not home now I have a 60 mm piston for it to

i would take the piston and cylinder to the place you did work experiance, and ask one of the mechanics if just a hone would be ok.

you are probably better off getting another low km cylinder/piston if you can get them cheap enough
i'm pretty sure motorman had a set too.

lol... good remembering skills! that was a while back now! ive got some goodies coming in the mail soon! so i reckon a hone will do... the shop got bought out so i lost my saturday job... but the new bloke who owns the joint.... well has to much money.. i mean.. hes a good bloke but.. as far as i know he wont touch my stuff.. as such... i mean i could smuggle it in and try and speak to a mechanic first then catch up with him.... lol

tell him it is a big bore kit off a Kawasaki KLX110, it will fit

Ok so little update..

You could file it back if you are careful.
I though you were replacing it though ? Wasn't it bent ?

just had to clean out the mushroomed out splines!

also went down to the yamaha dealer and poked me head in and have a quick chat, spoke about the cylinder and they didnt seem to have one that would fit, so i went to supercheapauto and grabbed a small engine honing tool, wacked some engine oil in and had at it,
